🏭 Who We Are
Ebike Distro is a wholesale distributor of electric bikes, dirt bikes, and scooters in the United States. We work directly with verified overseas manufacturers to bring you competitive pricing on quality electric mobility products. We are an authorized reseller, not the manufacturer. Our products are imported into the United States and stored in third-party warehouses for local pickup.
📦 How Ordering Works
Our website does not have an online checkout. All orders are placed by direct communication, in this order:
- Browse & reach out — by WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Receive a written Sales Confirmation from us listing the product, price, total, pickup warehouse, and full terms of sale.
- Sign and return the Sales Confirmation. No signed confirmation = no order.
- Pay the total amount.
- Receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) by email — your pickup ticket.
- Pick up at the warehouse with your BOL and a valid government photo ID.
🚚 Warehouse Pickup & Inspection
You drive to the designated warehouse, present your BOL and photo ID, and warehouse staff will release the product to you. Warehouse staff are employees of a third-party logistics company, not employees of Ebike Distro — they are not authorized to make promises, give advice, perform repairs, or accept claims on our behalf.
Important — inspect at two stages.
① At the warehouse (before loading into your vehicle):
- Check the outside of the box(es) for crushing, holes, water damage, or visible shipping damage.
- Confirm the model and color label on the box matches your order.
- Photograph the box(es) and the serial number sticker before loading.
- If the box shows visible exterior damage, note it on the warehouse pickup paperwork and contact us before leaving the warehouse.
② After unboxing at home:
- Inspect the frame, battery, motor, brakes, tires, lights, and accessories.
- Verify all listed components and documentation are included.
- If you find any concealed damage, missing parts, or discrepancy, photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos attached.
- Do not assemble, modify, or attempt to ride a product you intend to claim.
⚠️ Claims made after 48 hours, or after the product has been assembled, ridden, or modified, cannot be accepted.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns
Warranty: All products are brand new and covered exclusively by the original manufacturer's limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. Ebike Distro does not process warranty claims and is not responsible for the manufacturer's response.
Personal-reason returns (change of mind, doesn't fit, unsuitable, etc.) may be accepted at our sole discretion if requested in writing within 7 calendar days of pickup, with the product unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for all return transportation costs and assumes all risk of loss in transit. A 30% restocking fee is deducted from any approved refund.
Manufacturing defects after pickup: handled directly by the manufacturer under warranty.
⚠️ What This Model Is NOT — Be Honest With Yourself
Our pricing is lower because we cut out the things traditional retailers offer. Before you order, make sure you're comfortable with these trade-offs:
- No home delivery. You drive to the warehouse and pick the product up yourself.
- No showroom or test rides. You can't try the product before you buy.
- No on-site service department. Warranty issues go directly to the manufacturer.
- No assembly service. Products arrive in factory packaging and may require assembly. We strongly recommend a qualified bicycle technician perform final assembly and safety inspection before riding.
- No exchanges for "didn't like it" without the 30% restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping.
If any of these are deal-breakers, please buy from a full-service retailer instead. We'd rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer who didn't understand what they were signing up for.
⚖️ Legal Compliance Is Your Responsibility
E-bike, dirt bike, and scooter laws — including class designation (Class 1 / 2 / 3), maximum motor wattage, top speed, helmet, age, registration, and where you can legally ride — vary widely by state, county, and city. You are solely responsible for verifying that the product is legal to use in your area before purchase and use. We cannot guarantee street-legal or trail-legal status in any specific jurisdiction.
Some cities (e.g., New York City) require UL 2849 / UL 2271 certification for e-bikes and batteries. If you live in such a jurisdiction, please confirm certification before ordering.
🪖 Safety & Battery Handling
Operating an e-bike, dirt bike, or scooter involves inherent risks of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death. Always wear a properly fitted certified helmet, obey traffic laws, never ride while impaired, and inspect brakes, tires, lights, and battery before each ride.
Lithium-ion batteries can cause fire, explosion, and serious property damage if mishandled. Use only the original or manufacturer-approved charger, never charge unattended or near combustibles, and stop using immediately if the battery shows swelling, leakage, unusual odor, or excessive heat.

Specs shown are based on manufacturer data and may vary slightly between production batches. Performance figures such as range and top speed are measured under ideal conditions and will vary based on rider weight, terrain, weather, and battery age. Always verify certifications and compliance requirements for your state or country before placing an order.

1. Reseller Status
NieNieWorld LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"), operating the website marketed under the name "Ebike Distro," is an authorized reseller and distributor of e-bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, and related products. We are not the manufacturer. All products are manufactured by third parties overseas and stored in third-party warehouses located within the United States. We make no representations or warranties beyond those expressly provided by the original manufacturer.
2. Brand-New Products & Manufacturer's Warranty
All products are sold brand new and are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer's limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, duration, and limitations. The Company does not provide and expressly disclaims any additional warranties of its own beyond the manufacturer's warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, all other implied warranties are limited to what the manufacturer itself provides.
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. The Company does not process, evaluate, approve, or fulfill warranty claims and is not responsible for the manufacturer's response, processing time, approval, denial, or service quality.
3. Accuracy of Product Information
Specifications, performance metrics (range, top speed, motor wattage, battery capacity, etc.), images, descriptions, and pricing on this website are provided by manufacturers or compiled from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Actual performance varies based on rider weight, terrain, weather, tire pressure, riding mode, and battery age.
4. Warehouse Pickup & Transfer of Risk
All sales are arranged on a customer pickup ("will-call") basis. The buyer is solely responsible for arranging pickup, transportation, loading, securing, and transporting the product from the warehouse. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer at the moment the product is released to the buyer or the buyer's authorized agent at the warehouse.
Warehouse staff are employees of a third-party logistics company, not of Ebike Distro, and are not authorized to make representations, warranties, repairs, or accept claims on our behalf.
The buyer must inspect the product in two stages: first, the exterior packaging at the warehouse before loading (for visible crushing, holes, water damage, or label mismatch); and second, the product itself after unboxing at home. Exterior packaging damage must be noted on the warehouse pickup paperwork and reported to the Company before leaving the warehouse. Concealed defects, missing parts, or material discrepancies discovered after unboxing must be photographed and reported in writing to the Company within 48 hours of pickup. Products that have been assembled, ridden, or modified are not eligible for damage claims. Claims raised after the 48-hour window may not be honored.
5. No Assembly or Pre-Delivery Service
Products may be delivered in partially assembled condition, in original factory packaging, and without pre-delivery inspection by the Company. The buyer is solely responsible for, and assumes all risk associated with, final assembly, adjustment, calibration, and complete safety inspection. We strongly recommend that all assembly and pre-ride inspection be performed by a qualified bicycle technician.
6. Federal & State Legal Compliance
E-bikes are regulated under federal law and additionally under varying state and local laws, including the three-class system (Class 1 / 2 / 3). Laws governing maximum motor wattage, top speed, helmet, minimum rider age, registration, licensing, and road or trail access vary significantly by state, county, and municipality. Some products may not be street-legal or trail-legal in all jurisdictions. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify legal compliance prior to purchase and use.
Some jurisdictions (for example, New York City) require UL 2849 / UL 2271 certification for e-bikes and batteries. The buyer is responsible for confirming any local certification requirements.
7. Safety Warnings & Assumption of Risk
Riding an e-bike, dirt bike, or scooter involves inherent and substantial risks of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death. By purchasing a product, the buyer expressly assumes all such risks and agrees to wear a certified helmet at all times while riding, obey all applicable traffic laws, never operate the product while impaired, never exceed the manufacturer's specified weight or operating limits, and inspect the product before each ride.
8. Lithium-Ion Battery Safety
Lithium-ion batteries can cause fire, explosion, smoke, chemical exposure, and serious property damage if mishandled. The buyer agrees to use only the original or manufacturer-approved charger; never charge unattended, on flammable surfaces, or near combustibles; never expose the battery to extreme temperatures, water, impact, puncture, or disassembly; immediately discontinue use and isolate the battery if it shows signs of swelling, leakage, unusual odor, discoloration, or excessive heat; and dispose of damaged or end-of-life batteries in accordance with applicable law.
9. Modification Warning
Any modification — including removing speed limiters, replacing the motor, controller, or battery, modifying firmware, or altering the frame — will (a) immediately void the manufacturer's warranty, (b) likely render the product non-compliant with applicable law, and (c) shift sole liability for any resulting damage or injury to the modifying party.
10. Return Policy
Personal-reason returns (change of mind, unsuitability, fit, etc.) may be accepted at the Company's sole discretion if requested in writing within 7 calendar days of pickup, with the product unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for all return transportation costs and risk of loss in transit. A restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price will be deducted from any approved refund.
Visible defects at pickup must be reported in accordance with Section 4. Once the buyer leaves the warehouse, claims of visible defects, missing parts, or shipping damage are no longer accepted.
Manufacturing defects after pickup are handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.
Products that have been ridden, assembled, modified, damaged after pickup, or are missing original packaging or accessories are not eligible for return except as required by non-waivable state law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for personal injury, death, property damage, loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use any product, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to any product or this website shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of the above limitations may not apply to you.
No Personal Liability: The buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all obligations under this Disclaimer, any Sales Confirmation, and any related transaction are solely those of NieNieWorld LLC, and shall not, under any circumstances, create personal liability for any member, manager, officer, employee, agent, or representative of NieNieWorld LLC. The buyer agrees to look solely to the assets of NieNieWorld LLC for the satisfaction of any claim, judgment, or obligation, to the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law.
12. Indemnification
The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) the buyer's use, misuse, modification, or resale of any product; (b) the buyer's violation of any law or regulation; (c) the buyer's breach of these terms; or (d) any injury or damage caused by the buyer to any third party.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to any product, this website, or these terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by [the American Arbitration Association (AAA) / JAMS] in [City, NJ], under its applicable rules. The buyer expressly waives any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property or unauthorized access to the website.
